Junior Legal Counsel

Role Overview

We are looking for a Jr. Legal Counsel who will be responsible for drafting and delivering high-quality legal documents for clients across various industries. This role focuses on execution—understanding client requirements and translating them into clear, practical, and legally sound documentation within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and customize legal documents for clients including NDAs, Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Employment Contracts, Offer Letters, and HR policies
• Understand client requirements and convert them into accurate legal documents
• Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining drafting quality
• Work closely with internal teams to clarify client needs
• Revise documents based on client feedback
• Maintain consistency and standardization across documents
• Manage multiple drafting assignments simultaneously

Client Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients for ongoing legal documentation and related services
• Serve as a bridge between clients and external service providers to ensure smooth communication and execution
• Track requirements, follow-ups, and timelines across stakeholders
• Ensure client expectations are managed and services are delivered efficiently

Qualifications

·      LL.B. (mandatory)

·      1–3 years of experience in legal drafting

·      Prior experience in drafting client-facing documents preferred
