We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance and support to our organization in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on various matters related to corporate law, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• 5-10 years of experience in corporate law or relevant legal field.
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
