Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Interior Designer role based in Mumbai, India. The Junior Interior Designer will be responsible for assisting in interior design projects, including space planning, creating construction drawings, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and collaborating with architects and other design professionals. The role involves developing concepts, preparing design presentations, and ensuring that all design elements meet client requirements and project standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and creating functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts
- Familiarity with Architecture principles and Construction Drawings
- Knowledge and experience in Interior Design, including conceptualization and implementation
- Understanding of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specifications
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in high-end residential or commercial interiors is a plus
