Structural Engineering

1.Responsible for structural design process from concept through construction documentation.

2. Supervise and mentor a team of structural engineers and CAD/BIM technicians.

3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP, and construction engineers.

4. Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.

5. Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.

6. Conduct structural analysis using software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or Revit.

7. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

8. Perform site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation and quality control.

9. Drive innovation in structural systems, materials, and sustainability practices

10. Actively participate in the construction administration process and resolve the technical queries of consultants and contractors.

11. Prepare Scope of Works (SoW), Division of Responsibility (DoR), BoQ (Bill of Quantities) etc for the projects.

12. Checking and approval of bills submitted by the vendors and consultants for payments.
