Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and supporting our designers through the project lifecycle - from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop 3D models and visualisations using SketchUp
- Coordinate with interior designers to translate concepts into precise technical drawings
- Ensure all drawings adhere to standard interior dimensions and industry norms
- Manage and maintain drawing files, revisions, and documentation
- Collaborate with site teams to resolve on-ground execution queries
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modelling
- Strong understanding of standard interior dimensions, spatial planning, and material specifications
- Knowledge of interior fit-out and construction drawings is a plus
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
