Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with experience in embedded services and solutions, and digital engineering services. The role focuses on outbound lead generation and opportunity qualification across PAN-India, supporting the field sales team in driving new business.
Key Responsibilities
- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development for PAN-India markets
- Generate new business opportunities using outbound tactics such as:
- Email sequences
- LinkedIn outreach
- Cold calling
- Identify, target, nurture, and qualify outbound leads
- Understand prospect requirements and clearly communicate insights to the sales team
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to convert insights into winning opportunities
- Utilize sales intelligence and CRM tools such as:
- ZoomInfo
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Zoho CRM
- Develop a strong understanding of customer industries and core business processes
- Identify customer pain points and map them to relevant engineering and digital solutions
- Act as a techno-functional professional and articulate how MosChip's technology offerings address business challenges
