Role Description

We are looking for a high-energy Healthcare Recruiter who can drive bulk and rapid hiring for hospitals and home healthcare clients. If you have experience managing high-volume mandates and enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, we would like to connect.

This is a full-time, remote role for a Healthcare Recruiter located in Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Delhi. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals, managing the end-to-end recruiting process, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Daily tasks include identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering strong communication with clients and candidates. The role plays a pivotal part in supporting healthcare organizations by shaping effective staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk healthcare hiring mandates
• Deliver aggressive monthly hiring targets (50–150+ closures/month)
• Source candidates through job portals, nursing colleges, field mobilizers, referrals, and social media etc
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients
• Ensure documentation and compliance for healthcare roles
• Track and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, joinings, drop-offs)
• Support campus drives, walk-ins, and mass hiring campaigns
• Experience in sourcing strategies
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of labor law compliance and recruitment best practices
