EUC Ops Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EUC strategies, policies, and procedures
• Monitor and optimize EUC infrastructure, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance tuning
• Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance standards for end-user devices
• Develop and maintain documentation for EUC configurations, processes, and procedures
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of EUC environments to identify and address potential issues
• Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users, ensuring a positive user experience

Qualifications:

• Associate s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in end-user computing support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as mobile device management (MDM) solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Citrix
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks
• Understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting
