Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role :

We're looking for a creatively driven Junior Graphic Designer with a strong visual eye and an understanding of modern brand aesthetics. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and excited to work across a fast-paced beauty and lifestyle environment.

You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring campaigns, launches, and brand communication to life across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Brand Assets

1. Design visually compelling assets across:

• Performance marketing ad
• Website and landing pages
• Email and WhatsApp creatives
• Marketplace assets

2. Support campaign launches with elevated, brand-aligned creative

Brand Consistency

• Ensure all creative assets align with the brand's visual identity and aesthetic standards
• Maintain consistency across campaigns, launches, and communication touchpoints
• Support in refining and evolving the brand's visual language over time

Collaboration

• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and external partners
• Take feedback constructively and iterate efficiently while maintaining quality
• Support day-to-day creative requirements in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C Brands
• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and Canva
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail and composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, taste, and versatility across formats.
