Responsibilities of the Role (KPA)
- Design creatives for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, catalogues, social media posts, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Execute artwork and adaptations while maintaining brand consistency across client projects.
- Work closely with the Visualizer and Art Director to convert creative concepts into production-ready designs.
- Prepare print-ready files with proper specifications, bleed, margins, and colour settings.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned design tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Organize design files and maintain proper version control for easy accessibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Stay updated with current design trends, typography, layout techniques, and branding practices.
Functional & Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts,Bcom,BA or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Mandatory proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, colour theory, print production, and branding.
- Ability to create print-ready artwork and marketing collateral.
- Good attention to detail with strong file management practices.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital design work is mandatory.
