About the role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in design studios or creative agencies, and a solid understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. You will work closely with the senior design team to create engaging designs for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.

• Support senior designers in executing creative concepts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product teams.

• Adapt and resize existing creative assets for various platforms and formats.

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.

• Take constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience working in a creative agency or design studio (internships count).

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print.

• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.

• Ability to manage time and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
