Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in print media to support the creation of high-quality design assets across B2B marketing, events, and branding initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who understands design not just visually, but also from a production and execution standpoint, especially in print.

Responsibilities

Design creatives for print and digital platforms, including brochures, reports, event collaterals, and branding materials

Prepare print-ready files with accurate specifications (bleed, margins, color formats, etc.)

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into effective visual outputs

Coordinate with vendors/printers to ensure quality and consistency in final output

Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards

Candidate Profile:

12 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B media or print-focused roles

Proficiency in:

oCorelDRAW

oAdobe Illustrator

oAfter Effects

oAutoCAD (basic understanding preferred)

Strong understanding of printing materials, paper types, finishes, and production processes

Familiarity with AI tools for design support, ideation, or editing

High attention to detail, especially in layout, typography, and color accuracy
