Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Trainee to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in 2D and 3D design tools, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced broadcast environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing graphics for broadcast, digital, and promotional content
• Create 2D and 3D visual assets as per project requirements
• Support motion graphics and animation tasks
• Work closely with senior designers and production teams
• Adapt designs based on feedback and project guidelines
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

3D Software (Basic Knowledge)

• Autodesk Maya
• 3ds Max
• Blender
• Cinema 4D

Adobe Creative Suite(Mandatory Knowledge )

• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• After Effects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field
• 12 years of relevant experience (internships included)
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D/3D and motion design work

Desired Skills

• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation principles
• Knowledge of broadcast graphics workflow (preferred)
• Creativity with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
