Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can turn briefs into visually appealing content for digital platforms. The role involves working closely with our creative and strategy teams to design for multiple clients and internal projects while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creatives for clients social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create brand identity assets, pitch decks, ad creatives, event collaterals, and presentation templates
- Work on new design concepts for campaigns and pitch ideas visually
- Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and strategy teams to align visual direction
- Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across formats and platforms
- Work on multiple brands simultaneously without compromising on quality
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
- Media/Creative agency experience mandatory
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital/social media work
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to take feedback and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in coordination with other designers and manage our design resources
