Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Observe and analyse behavioural patterns, team dynamics, and early signs of stress or disengagement
- Identify behavioural soft signals to prevent potential workplace incidents
- Foster a culture of openness, trust, and psychological safety
- Provide inputs during critical and sensitive workplace situations
- Administer and interpret psychometric assessments for hiring and role suitability
- Conduct workplace observations to evaluate human factors impacting performance
- Analyse incidents and behavioural trends to identify underlying psychological causes
- Coordinate and support employee counselling processes
- Provide first and second-level support for stress, burnout, and interpersonal challenges
- Contribute to employee wellbeing initiatives such as stress management and resilience programs
- Design and deliver training on HELM (Human Element, Leadership & Management) and soft skills
- Evaluate the behavioural impact of training programs
- Support leadership coaching on communication and people management
