Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Junior HR Executive with 1+ year of experience to
support recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and daily HR
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers during the interview process.
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases (HRMS).
Track attendance, leaves, and HR reports.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Address employee queries and provide basic HR support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1+ year of HR or recruitment experience working in an IT company.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and HRMS tools
