We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher/Jr. HR executive with basic HR knowledge or minimum 0.6 months of experience in recruitment and HR operations. Candidates with exposure to IT recruitment will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates
- Shortlisting resumes and coordinating interview schedules
- Managing candidate communication and regular follow-ups
- Assisting with employee onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and HR records
- Managing day-to-day HR operations
- Handling leave and attendance management
- Supporting employee engagement activities
- Supporting the BDE team for lead generation
