Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking
Junior E-commerce Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations for our online business. The candidate will be responsible for handling inventory, order processing, packaging, and dispatch while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory
- Pick, pack, and dispatch e-commerce orders accurately
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of shipments
- Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth order dispatch
- Maintain stock records and update inventory systems regularly
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation
- Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse / e-commerce operations
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, order management tools)
Contract Terms
- 2-year bond mandatory
- Early exit may involve a penalty as per company policy
- Candidate must commit to full contract duration
Preferred Skills
- Experience with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart
- Familiarity with courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express
- Basic understanding of packaging standards for e-commerce
