As a Junior Digital Strategist - Publisher Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by identifying potential Publishers/Vendors and establishing connections with the right individuals to onboard them. You will be responsible for explaining our products, understanding the Publisher/Vendors requirements, and providing immediate solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential Publishers/Vendors and establish connections with the right person to onboard them.
- Explain our products and understand the Publisher/Vendors requirements to provide immediate solutions.
- Build strong relationships with Publishers/Vendors, ensuring they meet client commitments on time with the highest quality solutions.
- Identify and troubleshoot any complaints or issues directly coming from the Publishers/Vendors, offering immediate solutions in alignment with the operations team.
- Maintain all communications via email as records.
- Create roadmaps for projects and potential Publishers.
- Gradually take on more responsibility and have a bigger impact, handling more challenging tasks, and mentoring others.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Economics, or related analytics fields.
- Excellent writing and creative content skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
