Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively; escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems
. Follow communication scripts and adhere to company procedures and policies.
Meet performance metrics including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible service experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, process changes, and service updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Previous experience in a call center or customer support role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Knowledge of any regional languages (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Experience with upselling or sales support is a plus.
Familiarity with call center software and customer service tools.
