Role Overview:

We are looking for a Cyber Security Intern who is passionate about protecting systems, networks, and data from potential threats. This role provides hands-on experience in security practices, vulnerability assessment, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring systems for security breaches and vulnerabilities

• Support in conducting vulnerability assessments and basic penetration testing

• Analyze security logs and identify potential threats

• Implement basic security measures and best practices

• Assist in incident response and reporting

• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards

• Document security procedures and findings

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT, or a related field

• Basic understanding of cyber security principles and concepts

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals

• Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Windows)

• Understanding of common security threats and vulnerabilities

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to cyber security tools or labs

• Basic knowledge of ethical hacking concepts

• Familiarity with security frameworks and protocols
