This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Counselor based in Hyderabad. The Junior Counselor will engage with prospective students and their families to guide them through the process of pursuing overseas education. Responsibilities include providing accurate information about educational institutions and programs, addressing inquiries, assisting with documentation, and supporting students in preparing applications. The role also entails organizing and participating in seminars and events to educate students about opportunities abroad, while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach to address individual concerns.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills to effectively guide students and parents
• Knowledge of overseas education systems, application procedures, and visa processes
• Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple student cases
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications for documentation, email communication, and research
• Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency considered an advantage
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals
• At least a bachelor's degree in any related field
• Prior experience in counseling or educational consultancy is a plus
