Role Description

This is a role for a Fundraiserbased in Hyderabad, This is a performance-based opportunity where individuals can earn incentives based on the funds they raise for the organization.

The role involves planning and executing fundraising campaigns, engaging with potential donors, and building long-term relationships. In addition, the intern will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of donations, tracking financial contributions, and supporting transparency in financial reporting.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying donor opportunities, preparing outreach content, organizing fundraising initiatives, maintaining donation records, generating basic reports, and contributing to both online and offline engagement strategies.

• Basic understanding of financial record-keeping and attention to detail
• Research and analytical skills to identify potential donors and opportunities
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital campaigning
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports of funds raised

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
• Prior experience in volunteering, fundraising, or nonprofit work is a plus
