Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Junior Client Support Executive. The candidate will be responsible for supporting clients, handling their queries, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt support to clients via calls, emails, or chat
  • Understand client requirements and assist in resolving their queries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
  • Track and follow up on client requests and issues
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions and support activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:
