Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Architect based in Chennai. The Junior Architect will assist in preparing architectural designs, developing construction drawings, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include assisting with design projects, coordinating with consultants, and participating in client meetings. In this role, you will also contribute to presentations and provide technical support during project implementation.
Qualifications
- Strong design and visualization skills with expertise in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design principles.
- Ability to create detailed construction drawings and specifications, with experience in 3D modeling and rendering tools being an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client interaction skills to collaborate effectively with team members and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field is required. A master's degree or prior experience in architecture or design projects is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for innovative design solutions.
