We are on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Architects to join our team and grow with us.
As part of the Design team, you will be responsible for production documentation and detail drawings for a variety of design assignments and assist in the overall effort to complete various phases of the project.
This role provides the opportunity to be involved in multiple phases of a project from ideation to handover.
This is a full-time work from office position. We are looking to fill the positions immediately and hence local candidates will be given first preference.
ELIGIBILITY
- B.Arch. with 0-3 years of experience
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D with knowledge of basic workflows and drawing maintenance.
- A team player with an open attitude to learn, adapt and deliver.
- Commitment to produce clean and accurate drawings
- Proficiency in 3D presentation software for model creation and/or rendering eg: Revit, Sketchup, Lumion or the like.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good oral and written communication skills
DESIRED SKILLS
- Good conceptualizing skills, or evidence of its potential.
- Good design logics and problem-solving ability.
- Drive to achieve high standards of deliverables.
- Previous experience in large scale industrial projects/ workplace design is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of and an interest in current design trends and materials is a plus.
