Junior Architect

Experience: 3 to 6 years of Exp

Education: B.Arch and above

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior architects/design heads in developing design concepts, layouts, and

presentations for commercial interior projects.

Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, BOQs, and detailed working drawings using

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent software.

Coordinate with internal teams (Design, MEP, Procurement, Projects) for smooth

workflow.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and

quality standards.

Support in preparing client presentations, mood boards, and material boards.

Interact with vendors and contractors for material selection, samples, and

approvals.

Assist in space planning, furniture layout, and interior detailing for commercial

spaces.

Ensure timely submission of design deliverables and support project managers in

execution.

Research and source new materials, finishes, and design trends relevant to

commercial projects.

Provide support in documentation, approvals, and project handover.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and 3D rendering

tools.

Understanding of commercial interior design standards, space planning, and

detailing.

Ability to read and prepare working drawings, GFCs, and construction documents.

Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture used in commercial

projects.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Flexibility and willingness to travel for site coordination and client meetings.

Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.

B.Arch (mandatory) from a recognized institute.
