We are seeking a Junior Architect with strong technical skills, 2D design expertise, and hands-on experience in Rhino to join the team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, proficiency in architectural detailing, and the ability to translate concepts into precise 2D drawings and 3D models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization & Design Develop innovative and functional design solutions that align with client needs and aesthetic goals.
- Client Communication Engage with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored design solutions.
- Drafting & Visualization Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models to clearly present design concepts.
- Project Management Oversee the execution of designs by coordinating with vendors, material suppliers, and on-site teams.
- Material Selection Assist in sourcing and selecting materials that align with project specifications and budgets.
- Coordination Work closely with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience.
- Proficiency in Rhino software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts and terminology.
- Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, etc.).
- Ability to translate design concepts into detailed drawings with accuracy and precision.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience in residential projects, site coordination, and client handling is preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Location: Noida sector 10
- Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office
- Schedule: Monday - Saturday (11:00 am to 8:00 pm), Alternate Saturdays off
