Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Architect role, based on-site in the Thane and Mumbai Division. The Junior Architect will assist in designing and developing architectural plans, collaborating with project teams, and supporting the execution of residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include creating detailed design layouts, overseeing implementation, and ensuring projects adhere to specified requirements and timelines. Collaboration with software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders will be integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Basic knowledge of Software Development and Integration processes
• Experience or training in Project Management for construction and design projects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate concepts into functional designs
• Proficiency with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in India is a plus
