Job Summary
Dalal Gruh & Infra Projects Co. is seeking a creative and detail-orientedArchitectto plan, design, and oversee residential and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with statutory norms and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, layout plans, working drawings, and 3D concepts
- Develop project concepts in line with client requirements and company vision
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, liaisoning consultants, and contractors
- Prepare drawings for approvals and assist in authority submissions
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution and resolve design-related issues
- Ensure quality, functionality, and cost-effectiveness in designs
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency inAutoCAD,SketchUp,Revit,Lumion,Photoshop(or equivalent tools)
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving approach
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in real estate development or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with Valsad / South Gujarat authority procedures
- Exposure to site execution and contractor coordination
- Ability to handle end-to-end architectural responsibilities
