We are currently expanding our core team and are looking for a Junior Architect who balances creative design with technical rigor.
Location: Navi Mumbai
Remuneration: 25,000 45,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Documentation: Developing comprehensive Working Drawings (WD), Municipal Drawings (MD), and intricate architectural details for residential and commercial projects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Implementing UDCPR norms and standards across all project phases to ensure seamless approval and execution.
- Liaison Support: Assisting in the coordination and documentation for various authorities, including CIDCO, NMMC, and PMC.
- Project Coordination: Bridging the gap between design intent and on-site execution, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional Experience:1 to 4 years of proven experience within an architectural firm in the Mumbai or Navi Mumbai region.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced command of AutoCAD/Revit is mandatory.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of FSI calculations, building codes, and local sanctioning processes.
- Proximity: Candidates must be residing at a daily commutable distance to our office in Navi Mumbai to ensure work-life balance and operational efficiency.
- Educational Background: B.Arch from a recognized institution with a valid COA registration.
