Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in the creation of architectural and interior designs, developing working drawings, and coordinating with project managers, vendors and consultants. Additional tasks include conducting site visits, preparing reports, and supporting senior architects in daily operations.

Qualifications

• B.Arch
• Work experience- 2-4 years
• Software proficiency requirements: 

1. 2D Drafting- AutoCAD
2. 3D Modelling- SketchUp, Rhino (desirable, but not mandatory)
3. RT rendering- Enscape or Lumion
4. Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) desirable, but not mandatory.
5. MS office suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of local building codes, standards and regulations
