About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design and visualization, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion. You will work closely with the senior design team to develop concepts, prepare drawings, and create realistic 3D visualizations for ongoing interior and architectural projects

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare working drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and conceptual designs using SketchUp.
• Create photorealistic renders and walkthroughs using Lumion.
• Assist in design presentations, material selection, and detailing.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and design outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an architectural/interior design firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion is mandatory.
• Good understanding of design principles, detailing, and site coordination.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
