About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong creative and technical skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to support senior architects throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural concepts, presentations, and design drawings.
- Support in preparing detailed plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and assist in documenting site conditions.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams for accurate design development.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and standards.
- Assist in preparation of BOQs, material selections, and design documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and help translate requirements into design solutions.
- Support project planning, documentation, and revisions as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in Autocad, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction basics.
- Good visualization, detailing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
