Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Junior Architect based in Bengaluru. The Junior Architect will assist in developing architectural designs, drafting building plans, and preparing construction documentation. Responsibilities include collaboration with clients and contractors, ensuring seamless project integration, and aiding in project management tasks such as timelines and budget tracking. The role requires close attention to technical and aesthetic details, with opportunities to contribute to innovative and sustainable design projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design to contribute to creative and functional project solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and client interactions effectively.
- Familiarity with Integration and Software Development for design and technical processes is preferred.
- Strong understanding of design principles and attention to detail in construction documentation and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required; a master's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling tools, and architectural visualization is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with external stakeholders.
- A passion for sustainable design and creating impactful spaces is highly valued.
