Eighty8 Studio is seeking a motivated Junior Architect / Interior Designer to support design development, working drawings, and 3D visualisation across residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strong balance of technical accuracy and visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and execution sets
- Develop 2D drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Create 3D models and high-quality visualizations for presentations
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and site execution teams
- Incorporate revisions and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
- Maintain organized, professional drawing documentation
Software Requirements (Essential)
- AutoCAD – Advanced proficiency is mandatory, especially for detailed working drawings and execution documentation
- SketchUp – Strong capability for 3D modeling and design development
- D5 Render / Enscape – Ability to produce high-quality, realistic renders for client presentations
Candidates must have strong, hands-on experience with the above tools. Profiles lacking proficiency in these will not be considered.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

- Freshers with exceptional software proficiency may be considered
