About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Fresh / Experienced MEP BIM Engineers to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This is an exciting opportunity for Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineers with 0 to 4 years of experience of working in the MEPF BIM (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) domain. We're seeking BIM Engineers who are eager to learn new skills, develop themselves into Experts and contribute their valuable skills to the growth of the company and their own skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:

· MEP BIM Modelling: Create accurate and detailed 3D BIM models for various MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical) using industry-leading software like Autodesk Revit MEP.

· Clash Detection & Coordination: Participate in clash detection processes using Autodesk Navisworks Manage to identify and resolve interferences between different building systems.

· Drafting & Documentation: Generate precise 2D drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.

· Client Standards Adherence: Learn and apply various international BIM standards and protocols (e.g., specific requirements for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and European projects) to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.

· Information Extraction: Assist in extracting quantities, schedules, and other data from BIM models for project analysis and reporting.

· Collaboration: Work closely with senior Engineers, BIM coordinators, and BIM managers, along with other project stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery. Work on BIM 360 platform to ensure seamless execution of projects.

· Quality Assurance: Perform self-checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

· Learning & Development: Continuously enhance your skills in BIM software, MEP systems, and international project workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Education Background: Bachelor's in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

· Experience: 0to 4 years of professional experience in MEP design, Drafting, or BIM modelling.

· Software Proficiency:

· Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP is essential.

· Familiarity with Autodesk AutoCAD for 2D drafting.

· Basic understanding of Autodesk Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 for clash detection and model review.

· Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English, as you will be working with international project standards and potentially communicating with global teams.

· MEP Domain Expertise: Fundamental understanding of Mechanical(HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing and Firefighting systems.

· Problem-Solving: Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in models and drawings.

· Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to collective goals.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in the outsourcing/KPO industry.

· Exposure to international projects (USA, UK, Australia, Canada).

· Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
