Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect based in Kozhikode, Kerala. The Junior Architect will contribute to the creation and implementation of architectural designs, assist in drafting and 3D modeling, participate in project management, and ensure a seamless integration of design and functionality in projects. This role provides an opportunity to collaborate with a talented team and work on a variety of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. (Salary package 15000 - 30000)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience or knowledge in Project Management
• Competence in Software Development and Integration related to architectural processes
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software like Sketch up, Lumion, AutoCAD, Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
