Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Architect for a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural design and development, preparing and reviewing design plans, and collaborating closely with senior architects and project managers. Daily tasks include creating detailed drawings, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring projects adhere to client requirements and local regulations. The role requires excellent technical skills and a strong passion for design and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design concepts and methodologies
- Experience in Project Management, including the ability to handle timelines and budgets effectively
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration to support design processes and use related tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an advantage
