Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural drawings, detailed plans, 3D models, and presentation materials.
- Assist in concept development, design detailing, and material selection.
- Prepare working drawings, construction documentation, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Support senior architects in design reviews, feasibility studies, and project planning.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputable institution.
- 13 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.
- Experience with rendering tools like Lumion / D5 / Enscape is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of building codes, materials, services, and construction techniques.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently when required.
