Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect based in Chennai. The Junior Architect will assist in architectural design and project management, collaborate on interior design adaptability, and contribute to the implementation of innovative architectural concepts. This role involves drafting designs, preparing technical documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful integration of architectural plans with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and space planning.
• Basic knowledge in Software Development and Integration for utilizing design tools and relevant architectural software.
• Experience in Project Management, including coordination with clients and stakeholders, and managing projects within timelines and budgets.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and design standards is an advantage.
