Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect located in Royapettah,Chennaj. The Junior Architect will assist in designing and drafting architectural plans, conduct site visits, and support the senior team in project planning and management. The role also includes collaborating with clients and various teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction documentation
• Creative design, spatial planning, and concept development skills
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Prior experience in residential or commercial architecture projects is advantageous
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail are essential
