Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and materials
- Basic knowledge of MEP, structural coordination, and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset on-site
Software Skills
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- SketchUp / Rhino (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Excel & project tracking tools
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in architecture / interior / construction projects
- Freshers with strong internship/site exposure can also be considered
