We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will support senior architects in developing concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring project compliance with design and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in creating architectural designs and detailed working drawings.

* Support the preparation of presentation materials, 3D models, and renderings.

* Conduct site visits, surveys, and prepare related documentation.

* Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.

* Research materials, building codes, and construction techniques.

* Participate in client and consultant meetings as required.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

* 02 years of professional experience.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of rendering tools like Lumion or V-Ray is a plus.

* Strong design and visualization skills.

* Basic understanding of construction processes and building regulations.

* Good communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
