Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through execution in a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with conceptual design, preparing drawings and 3D models, developing presentations, and supporting detailed design documentation. The role involves coordinating with senior architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate integration of design requirements. The Junior Architect will also help with site visits, basic measurements, and design revisions in response to feedback, while maintaining project files and contributing to design discussions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Candidates should possess applicable skills related to Software Development and Integration in design and documentation workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with project teams.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic 3D visualization tools is beneficial.
• A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility for local architectural registration are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design guidelines, and willingness to learn from feedback are important.
• Effective communication, collaboration skills, and the ability to work on-site in Surat on a full-time basis are required.
