Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create architectural designs, contribute to planning and development of projects, and ensure the integration of creative and functional solutions. The responsibilities include assisting in project management, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and supporting the seamless execution of architecture-related tasks across various stages of projects. The candidate will be working on diverse assignments, including commercial, government, corporate, and residential projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with an ability to conceptualize and execute creative solutions.
• Knowledge and skills in Software Development and Integration for architectural tools and solutions.
• Experience or knowledge in Project Management, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects.
• Strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools is highly desirable.
• Degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and building codes is advantageous.
