Junior Architect (Commercial Projects)

We are seeking a Junior Architect to join the creative team in Delhi. This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects- residential, commercial, cafes, retail, restaurants, and educational spaces- where every detail matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conceptual design, space planning, schematic development, and design presentation

- Help prepare working drawings, detailed interiors documentation, material boards, finishes schedules

- Collaborate with the team on lighting, furniture, and fixture selections

- Visit sites for measurements, site supervision support, coordination with contractors

- Contribute fresh ideas, sketches, and creative inputs on interiors & architecture

- Support project management tasks: timelines, specification documents, site coordination

Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Arch (mandatory)

- 01 year of professional experience

- Good understanding of design fundamentals: form, light, scale, spatial planning

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp , Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong visualization, sketching, and presentation skills

- Good communication and willingness to learn on-site

- Passion for both residential and commercial projects (retail, F&B, cafes, offices, schools)

- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced design studio environment

Work Schedule:

- Location: Nizamuddin West, Delhi

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)
