This role is for an architect who wants to build, not just draw.

You will convert concepts into clear drawings and ensure they are executed on-site.

Work includes design, detailing, and field coordination.

High accountability. No excuses. You own your drawings and outcomes.

Minimum Qualification

-B.Archfrom a recognized institute.

- 1 year internship experience.

Required Skills

Technical:

- AutoCAD, SketchUp,Enscape/Lumion, Adobe Suite

- Material knowledge and basic structural logic

- Ability to produce error-free drawings

Execution:

- Read site markings, structure, finishes

- Resolve mismatches fast

-Maintaindrawing change logs

Responsibilities: Design & Documentation

- Prepare layouts, massing, design options

- Produce working drawings and detail sets

-Maintainaccuracy and design standards

- Support material research and mock-ups

Responsibilities: Execution & Site

- Visit sites regularly

- Flag and resolve mismatches

- Coordinate with engineers and contractors

- Maintain RFIs, deviation logs, and as-built drawings

Governance & Review

- Weekly OKR check-ins

- 30/60/90-day deliverables

- Document site learnings into drawing updates

30/60/90 Output Expectations

Day 30:

- Understand standards

- Redraw one project segment

- 12 site visits

Day 60:

- Own one drawing package

- Clear RFIs in 2448 hours

Day 90:

- Own one full module

- Zero-error submissions

- Close 80% deviations

Non-Negotiables
