Junior Architect

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect located in Coimbatore. The Junior Architect will assist in the design and drafting of architectural plans, collaborate with design teams, and provide innovative solutions for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, conducting site visits, ensuring design compliance, and supporting project execution to align with company standards and client requirements.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Knowledge of architectural design principles, structure planning, and space utilization
• Research and analytical skills for site analysis and project feasibility studies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail with the ability to prepare detailed plans and accurate specifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Prior experience in real estate or construction projects is advantageous
