We are looking for a Junior Admin who will assist with day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning. The role involves reception support, vendor coordination, invoice handling, and occasional travel to banks for document delivery. The ideal candidate should be reliable, disciplined, and service-oriented.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Reception and Front Desk Support:
- Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and vendors.
- Maintain visitor entry logs and coordinate with respective departments.
- Provide basic hospitality support such as offering water/refreshments.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping items, and services.
- Ensure timely follow-up and delivery of materials.
- Maintain records of vendor visits and service schedules.
Invoice Maintenance
- Collect invoices from vendors and ensure proper documentation.
- Support the Admin/Finance teams by organizing and filing invoices.
- Submit invoices for approval and maintain updated records.
Bank-Related Tasks
- Travel to banks for depositing/collecting checks, documents, and other office-related paperwork.
- Ensure safe and timely handling of all documents during transit.
General Office Support
- Assist in mail and courier management pickup, delivery, and distribution.
- Support in arranging office supplies, documents, and minor errands.
- Help with maintaining basic cleanliness and orderliness in office areas (if required).
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Any UG degree.
- Basic communication skills (English/Tamil as needed).
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
- Polite, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- 0-1 years of experience in office administration or similar support roles (preferred).
